Coach Karen
Karen Melby is an experienced skating coach and figure skater herself. She has over 20 years of ice skating coaching experience all over ND as supporting and head coach of multiple clubs. She has also been a part of starting new clubs (including this one!) from the ground up. "She is precise, lives in godly integrity and kind. I would have my kids join any class Karen was teaching. So glad you are giving kiddos in Williston this opportunity."
Why Private Lessons?
Join Karen and other coaches for group lessons through the Williston Figure Skating Club! These sessions are a fantastic way to build friendships, strengthen our skating community, and have a ton of fun together.
For skaters looking to make focused progress, private lessons are essential. Once you've mastered the basics, private instruction is the key to developing a strong foundation and advancing your figure skating skills. Group classes just can’t offer the same level of personal attention and tailored feedback.
Private lessons are offered in 15-minute increments, and you're welcome to reserve multiple blocks with any of our coaches.
Karen offers private coaching in Dance, Freeskate, Program Choreography, and Skating Skills.
Rate
$15 per lesson
Invoices will be sent at the end of each month and include your weekly lessons plus any additional lessons you scheduled that month. You can choose to pay in cash or check.
