Interested in serving on the board in the future?

We would love to hear from you. To support a smooth and confident transition, we plan to ask future board candidates to complete a three-month, non-voting period before being nominated for a voting board member position. During that time, individuals can learn the flow of the club, observe board operations, and gain clarity on expectations, time commitments, and responsibilities before being asked to take on a voting position. For the health of our board, we feel it is important that potential voting board candidates have a time period to evaluate if they can sustain a long term commitment to our board. Our board members do have an obligation to put in work weekly for our club and we realize that may not be a good fit for everyone.
