Private Lesson Coach Request Policies
Submitting a request does not guarantee placement with a specific coach. We will do our best to honor first and second choices based on availability, skater level, and best fit.
Returning skaters currently working with a coach will receive priority to continue with that coach when possible.
If your first- choice coach is full or unavailable, we may place your skater with your second or a third choice.
If all selected coaches are unavailable, we may offer another qualified coach or place your skater on a waitlist.
Lesson times are based on ice availability, coach schedules, and overall scheduling needs.
Private lessons are not officially scheduled until confirmation has been sent by the club or coach.
Private lesson fees are billed directly by each coach to their individual clients. Families are responsible for making payments directly to their coach according to that coach's policies.
Schedule changes, cancellations, and make up lessons must follow individual coach and club policies.
Coaches reserve the right to determine if a skater is ready for certain lesson goals, test levels, or competitive preparation.
Respectful communication is expected from all families, skaters, and coaches at all times.
Repeated missed lessons, late arrivals, or unpaid balances may affect future scheduling priority.
Coaches reserve the right to discontinue lessons with a skater when they determine the coaching relationship is no longer the best fit.
By submitting this form, families acknowledge that coach placement decisions are made in the best interest of the skater and overall program.
